If you are interested in running a business in the Czech Republic and you come from a non-EU country, you will also need to apply for a long-term visa for the purpose of doing business and then for a long-term residence permit for the purpose of doing business.
This residence license will then entitle you to stay not only in the Czech Republic but also in other Schengen area countries. The application for a long-stay visa is submitted to the Czech Embassy abroad.
